Merchandise

Orders for stickers, banners and clothing are accepted when we confirm them. Prices include GST. We will contact you to arrange payment. If an item is faulty, you have rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see below).

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Dealers in Queensland also have obligations under the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld), including statutory warranties and cooling-off rights for many used-vehicle sales. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Limits on our liability

To the maximum extent the law allows:

What these terms cannot do. Australian law gives buyers guarantees and rights that no business can remove, including the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law and the statutory warranty and cooling-off rights under the Motor Dealers and Chattel Auctioneers Act 2014 (Qld). Any term in these terms that tried to remove them would not be enforceable. Everything above applies only so far as the law permits, and we do not intend it to take away those rights.

Your responsibilities and indemnity

You agree to give us accurate information, to use the website lawfully, and not to submit false enquiries. To the maximum extent the law allows, you will compensate us for any loss, cost or claim (including reasonable legal costs) that we suffer because of your breach of these terms, your misuse of a vehicle, or any claim by a third party arising from your use of a vehicle after you take possession.

Contract of sale prevails

These terms and the content of this website are general information. They are not an offer to sell. If there is a conflict between these terms and a written contract of sale we sign with you, the contract of sale prevails. No employee or representative can change these terms or promise anything about a vehicle unless it is written in the signed contract of sale.

Privacy

We collect and handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy and Privacy Consent. By using the website you accept them.
